A one-week content calendar for a UK cafe

The template I use for independent cafes — seven days, three platforms, roughly two hours of your time.

Here's the rhythm I use for cafe clients. It assumes you're on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and that you can spare about two hours a week.

Monday

A "what's on this week" Reel — specials, events, guest bakes. Cross-posts to all three platforms.

Wednesday

A behind-the-counter story — the barista pulling a shot, a loaf coming out of the oven, the dog that comes in every morning.

Friday

A weekend prompt — "book a table," "we're open till 4," "new pastry drop." Facebook does the heavy lifting here for local reach.

Saturday

A quick story of the room busy. Real, unposed. This one converts.

Two hours. Seven touches. Local people notice.
